Industries & Capabilities
Industries We Serve
From family homes to industrial facilities, GBAAC’s capabilities span the sectors that shape Nigeria’s built environment.
This page describes GBAAC’s capabilities and approach in each sector. Project references are available on request. Work in regulated sectors is undertaken only where the required licences, titles and approvals are in place.

01 · Sector
Residential
Residential construction and renovation is the heart of GBAAC's work: family homes, duplexes, terraces, apartment buildings and the refurbishment of older houses. We bring the same supervision, documentation and quality checks to a single home as to a larger development.

02 · Sector
Commercial
Commercial clients need programme and cost certainty. We deliver offices, shops, plazas and mixed-use buildings with structured reporting and finishes that represent the client's brand.

03 · Sector
Industrial & Manufacturing
Our industrial capability covers factories, warehouses, processing facilities and the yards, roads and drainage that support them, designed around how the operation actually works.
The company's manufacturing interests focus on construction materials and industrial support services. Specific manufacturing capacity is confirmed on enquiry.

04 · Sector
Real Estate
We combine property guidance with construction knowledge, helping buyers, sellers and land owners understand condition, documentation and the true cost of completing or improving a property.

05 · Sector
Infrastructure
Estate and access roads, car parks, drainage and culverts, built to the engineer's design with careful attention to compaction and drainage, the two factors that decide how long a road lasts.

06 · Sector
Energy & Filling Stations
GBAAC's capabilities include the construction of filling stations and associated energy infrastructure: forecourts, canopies, buildings, hardstandings and drainage.
Fuel retail and storage facilities require licences and approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities. GBAAC provides construction services; licensing and regulatory approvals remain the responsibility of the facility owner or operator.

07 · Sector
Refineries & Process Facilities
For refineries and process plants, GBAAC offers construction and civil works support: site preparation, foundations, buildings, roads and drainage, working alongside the specialist process engineers and contractors such facilities require.
Refinery and petroleum-processing projects are undertaken only within GBAAC's documented capacity and subject to the operator holding all required regulatory licences and approvals.

08 · Sector
Mining & Natural Resources
The company's interests extend to mineral exploration support, extraction-site development and associated infrastructure such as access roads, buildings and processing-area civil works.
Mineral exploration and extraction in Nigeria require titles and permits under the applicable mining laws. GBAAC participates in resource-sector projects only where the required titles, permits and environmental approvals are in place.

09 · Sector
Agriculture & Mechanisation
GBAAC supports agricultural mechanisation, including tractor services for land preparation, together with agricultural infrastructure such as storage buildings, farm access roads and processing facilities.
Availability of tractor and mechanisation services varies by season and location; please contact us to confirm current capacity.

10 · Sector
Institutional
Institutional buildings serve communities for decades. We build and renovate schools, training centres, clinics, places of worship and community facilities with durable materials and practical maintenance in mind.

11 · Sector
Investment & Financial Advisory
We help clients evaluate property and construction decisions: feasibility, development cost, phasing and the practical risks of a project, so they can make informed choices with their own advisers.
This is property and construction guidance only. GBAAC does not offer regulated investment products, does not manage client funds for investment and does not promise returns. Clients should obtain independent financial and legal advice before making investment decisions.
