Good design is not decoration added at the end. It is the set of decisions that determine how a space works, how it feels and how much it costs to maintain. GBAAC brings design and construction together so that what is drawn can be built well and what is built is worth living or working in.
Our interior and exterior design and decoration service covers space planning, finish and material selection, joinery, ceilings, lighting coordination and facade treatments. We favour a restrained, mature aesthetic: natural light, honest materials, careful detailing and colours that will still look right in ten years.
Because we also build, our designs are grounded in what is practical in the Nigerian market: materials that are available, finishes that suit the climate and details our teams can execute to a high standard.

Abuja's climate, with intense dry-season sun, Harmattan dust and heavy seasonal rain, rewards finishes chosen for durability: UV-stable exterior paints, well-detailed waterproofing, hard-wearing floor finishes and sensible shading. We design interiors and exteriors for clients across the FCT from our base in Kubwa.
Do you only design, or do you also carry out the work?
Both. You can engage us for design only, but most clients choose design and installation together so that one team is responsible for the finished result.
Can you work with my architect's drawings?
Yes. We regularly develop interior and finish packages from an architect's layout, coordinating any changes with the design team.
How do you keep design costs under control?
We agree a budget range at the start and specify finishes to match it, highlighting where spending more makes a lasting difference and where it does not.
