GBAAC stands for Global Building Alliance and Construction. The company's full name is GBAAC Construction Company Ltd.
Where is GBAAC located?
Our head office is at Pension Board, FO1, Kubwa, Abuja, in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. Please call +234 813 390 2525 before visiting so we can arrange to meet you.
Is GBAAC a registered company?
Yes. GBAAC Construction Company Ltd is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 1969346) and with the Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SC 161601420). Details are on our corporate profile page.
Who leads the company?
GBAAC is led by its Managing Director / CEO, Ahmad Isah Audi.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Kubwa and work across Abuja and the wider Federal Capital Territory. Projects in other locations are considered case by case.
Quotations & Pricing
How do I request a quotation?
Complete our quotation form, send a WhatsApp message to +234 813 390 2525, or email info@gbaac.com.ng. Drawings, photographs and your project location help us respond accurately.
Do you charge for quotations?
Initial discussions are free. For larger or more complex projects, a site visit, condition survey or bill of quantities may be needed before we can provide a firm price. We will explain this upfront.
Why do quotations have a validity period?
Prices of cement, steel, roofing and finishing materials in Nigeria change frequently. A validity period is an honest way to reflect this. After it expires, we re-confirm prices before work starts.
How are payments structured?
We recommend payments linked to completed, inspected stages of work, so you pay for measurable progress. The schedule is agreed in writing before work begins.
What happens if something unexpected is found during renovation?
We stop, photograph the issue, explain the options and agree any cost with you before proceeding. Likely areas of risk are identified as provisional sums in our quotations.
Projects & Process
Do you work from my architect's drawings?
Yes. We work from approved designs and coordinate with your consultants. If you do not have drawings, we can coordinate the design and approval process with qualified professionals.
Do I need building approval before construction?
Yes. In the FCT, building plans must be approved by the relevant development control authority before construction. See Building a House in Abuja: Planning and Approvals.
How will I know how my project is progressing?
We agree a reporting rhythm at the start, typically weekly during active construction, with photographs, progress against programme and any decisions needed from you.
Can you manage my project if I live abroad?
Yes. Remote owners rely on our structured reporting and stage inspections. Our project management service is designed for exactly this.
What is your process from enquiry to handover?
Initial consultation, site assessment, planning and proposal, design and project preparation, execution and supervision, then inspection and handover. Each stage is explained on Our Process.
Property & Real Estate
Do you sell properties?
Yes. We support property sales, acquisition and agency. Only verified opportunities are published on our Properties page.
Can you help me check a property before I buy?
We can inspect a property's condition and estimate repair or completion costs, and coordinate with your lawyer, who should verify title. See our due diligence checklist.
Do you offer investment schemes or guaranteed returns?
No. GBAAC provides construction and property guidance only. We do not offer regulated investment products or promise returns.
